Had some fun making up these sites. I find delicious kind of a pain, but I can see how it would be useful. However, Flickr is a breeze and fun too boot.
Jordan, I agree with you that social bookmarking can be confusing. But, I think once you learn to use it, it's an excellent tool. I wish it had folders to organize the sites instead of just organization by tags, but I guess they work the same way. I'm just more of a visual organization person so I like to see everything organized into specific folders. I've gotten used to it though.
Basically the New York Times had an article about some sites that do for images what Digg and the rest do for websites. It's worth checking out. Small Business Listings
